Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, excluding plants. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please contact us and we will reply with further instructions.

Please note: Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Pistils is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. Please do not ship any packages back to Pistils without prior authorization.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.

Shipping Damage

We guarantee all of our shipments to be free of damage from shipping – including plants – and will happily replace or refund your purchase. Please examine your order for discrepancies upon arrival and send photos of the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your package to support@pistilsnursery.com and we will reply with next steps.

Please retain any damaged items until receiving further instructions in order to be eligable for refund or replacement.
